The First Nation Public Security Pension Plan (FNPSPP) hereby convenes you to its Annual General Assembly to take place virtually on Wednesday September 23 at 1:00 a.m.
Participation in this assembly involves two delegates from each employer: one must represent the employer and the manner in which this individual is designated is specified in Appendix 1; specifications for the other individual representing the employees are provided in Appendix 2. One delegate cannot represent the two parties simultaneously at this assembly.

Although a virtual election requires adjustments to our election procedures, we have ensured that our usual election model was preserved. The nomination of candidates as well as the vote will take place during the session through a procedure which will be detailed in a future communication.
The following documentation is provided on this page: appendices 1 and 2, Agenda and the registration form. During the following weeks, we will send you instructions on how to connect to the virtual General Assembly, complete details on adjustments to the election procedures, the Minutes of the Meeting held on August 23, 2019 and the financial statements as at December 31, 2019. Please give copies of these documents to your representatives who will be attending the meeting. Thank you for your cooperation in this respect.
Information session and conference
Each year, conferences are offered to delegates during the Annual General Assembly. This year, a virtual information session on FNPSPP investments and economy will be available online. A link will be provided from which you will be able to access the video. We suggest that you watch the video prior to the meeting so that we can answer your questions during the Annual General Assembly.
