The Native Benefits Plan will be holding its next Annual General Assembly Wednesday August 21, 2019 at 10 a.m. at the Hotel Signature Quebec located at 7900, rue du Marigot in Québec.
Participation in this assembly involves two delegates for each employer: one must represent the employer, and this person’s method of designation is specified in Appendix 1; the second person represents the employees, and his or her method of designation is specified in Appendix 2. One (1) delegate cannot simultaneously represent both parties at this assembly.
Do not forget to provide written confirmation to our office of the attendance of your two representatives before July 20, 2019.
Enclosed is the following documentation : Appendices 1 and 2, and the agenda. The financial statements of the NBP at December 31, 2018, as well as the minutes of the meeting of the Annual General Assembly held August 22, 2018 will be sent to you in June. Please remit these documents to your two representatives who will be attending the assembly.

Please note than an information session will be held before the Annual General Assembly. A lunch hour conference will also take place. Although optional, we strongly recommend that you attend. For your convenience, lunch will be served during the conference.
The NBP has reserved a block of rooms at the Hotel Signature Quebec. Please refer to the enclosed appendix for information on reservations and proceed by July 20, 2019. After this date, we will not be able to guarantee rates and room availability.
