RBA Financial Group (RBA FG) has adopted a policy to protect personal information and implemented control measures to protect your personal information. This policy and our control measures are based on the following 10 privacy principles:
Responsibility
The RBA FG is responsible for protecting and securing personal information that it manages, including information that may be transmitted to a supplier providing services for the RBA FG or in its name. The RBA FG has established principles to protect personal information and procedures and practices to ensure the security of personal information.

The RBA FG determines the purposes for which personal information is collected, before or at the time the information is collected.

The RBA FG collects, used and discloses personal information solely with the consent of the person or in compliance with legislation.

The RBA FG collects personal information solely for specified purposes. Personal information is collected directly from the person and can, with the person’s consent or in compliance with legislation, be collected from other sources.
Use, communication and conservation
Personal information shall not be used or communicated to third parties without consent for purposes other than those for which it was collected, except if this use or communication is required or permitted by law, including use or communication required for the protection of the interests of RBA FG against civil suits and criminal or fraudulent activities or misappropriation.
The RBA FG saves personal information for the period for which it is required in the execution of specified purposes, or as required or permitted by law.
Accuracy
The RBA FG makes every reasonable effort to ensure that personal information is accurate and complete for the purposes for which it is used.
Security measures
The RBA FG protects the security and privacy of personal information using security measures corresponding to the information’s degree of sensitivity.
Transparency
RBA FG privacy standards are available to clients and the general public. Upon presentation of a written request to the Chief Compliance Officer, the RBA FG will provide a copy of these privacy standards and answer any questions regarding practices applied to personal information.
Access to personal information
Anyone may request to be informed of the existence, use and disclosure of personal information concerning him/her. The RBA FG will provide appropriate access to information in its possession. If the RBA FG refuses access to personal information, it must provide a reason. Individuals may ask the RBA FG to correct personal information that concerns them. If the information is inaccurate, necessary corrections will be made.
